Phil Griffin
Phil, a Master Mariner and Marine Management & Logistics Specialist, is Director – Marine at LOC (Australia) and manages LOCA’s marine support services to our Marine Warranty clients & teams, and to our offshore energy and shipping Clients within (and intending to enter) the Australasian market. An OVID accredited surveyor and ISM/QA auditor , Phil also coordinates and undertakes vessel audits and surveys in respect of suitability and fitness to purpose. Phil provides expert review and advice in respect of marine Project & execution planning; offshore drilling campaign planning & execution;’ marine & offshore risk management, and shipping & chartering matters. Additionally, Phil has a sound knowledge of offshore sustainable energy methodologies & crossovers from the offshore hydrocarbon industries.
