Phil Wells
Following graduation from what’s now Curtin University, Phil’s career commenced in land surveying then broadened into hydrographic surveying when based in Port Hedland WA. Working with the port authority developed his attention to detail and love of surveying on the oceans. Joining the Perth office of Racal Survey provided exposure to projects further offshore. Experience leading to his current technical management role was developed as an online surveyor, data processor, senior surveyor and then Party Chief on projects from the North Sea to Antarctica.
